I Absolutely Love What I Do.
Inspiring people isn’t a job. It’s a calling.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in the business of helping people. I started tutoring when I was in high school, and upon finishing my Bachelor’s of Commerce at McGill University, I took a different course by pursuing my love for educating and eventually building my tutoring company, Study Buddy, over a decade.
As a professional tutor, I coached my students through the trials and tribulations of academia and adolescence. I became an expert at feeling energy, recognizing blocks, and adapting motivational strategies to each individual based on their character & circumstance.
There is nothing more gratifying to me than witnessing someone have a breakthrough.
I felt a calling to become a Life Coach and to extend my ability to work with adults several years ago. After contemplating this transition for a while, in 2020 I decided to pursue my dream and I completed the ACSTH Life Coach Certificate program with FLOW Institute, recognized by the International Coach Federation. I simultaneously took the Yale’s Science of Well-Being online course, which has provided me with a dynamic portfolio of tools to offer my clients.
As someone who struggled with the internal constraints of anxiety for years, I can now proudly say I have finally experienced liberation. By incorporating the different research-based strategies I learned, I turned my life around and have never felt better. My mission is to help emancipate my clients from their own mental prisons and allow them to flourish freely.
How I’ve Impacted my Clients.
“Working on that self-love, compassion and changing my inner dialogue, thanks to coaching sessions with Thalia. I highly recommend this woman.
The best gift I’ve given myself in the last couple months.
One thing I will say if you endeavour to partner with her, she’s going to ask uncomfortable questions and you have to be ready to answer them - for yourself and no one else. We had an amazing day on forgiveness, a session on Imposter Syndrome/feeling inadequate, an amazing day on channeling pain into concrete actions which lead to growth, and our most recent on on self-love was uncomfortable work but Thalia makes it so easy.”

“Thalia's professionalism, expertise, and relatability are reasons why I sought her coaching to make changes in my life needed to achieve my goals.
She equipped me with tools and strategies that were realistic and tailored to my lifestyle.
She also helped me become more self-aware in order to work towards breaking old habits that were obstacles to accomplishing my goals. I looked forward to my sessions with Thalia as she was there to hold me accountable to progress, to remind me that change is not supposed to be easy or comfortable, and to celebrate my wins - big and small.”

“As I was beginning my professional career, I found myself struggling with anxiety, time management and self-confidence. It started to affect my mood and my sleep.
I felt I needed more than just talking to someone, I was seeking something concrete.
I had the chance to get help from Thalia as a life coach, who gave me the means to face these obstacles. She took the time to fully understand my reality, and gave me specific tools, which were easily applied in my day-to-day life. I have found them very pertinent and helpful, and I am still using these tools months later. She is dedicated, professional and thorough. You will be in good hands with her!”
