I’m a Corporate Coach and Trainer who delivers engaging, high-impact learning experiences designed to help teams communicate more effectively, strengthen performance, and feel more supported at work.
What sets my sessions apart is the energy in the room. I bring a balance of structure and creativity, fostering a space where people feel comfortable to participate, reflect, and have real conversations, even on topics that can feel sensitive.
My background in teaching and coaching spans over 15 years, including running my own tutoring company and delivering federal trainings to more than 2,000 employees across Canada for the ESDC.
