2025 was a quieter year for me email-wise — not because I disappeared, but because my life expanded in the most profound way: I became a mom! Much of my energy went into my daughter, learning a whole new rhythm of living, and letting things unfold a little more naturally.
As we head into 2026, I’m gently showing up again — with more clarity, lived experience, and a deeper understanding of how essential support, community, and self-compassion truly are (especially for moms).
