We become enveloped in a world of curated content and images meant to project perfect lives filled with money, joy and all the best experiences. But these images and videos are merely reflections of what the creator wants people to believe is going on.

Let’s become mindful of our social media usage, challenge our beliefs about other peoples’ lives and immerse ourselves in the reality surrounding us, beyond the screens on our phones.
